I landed in June 2005 and came back to USA. We are moving in Dec 2006 permanently to Canada. Kindly let me know when I will be eligible for Canadian Citizen ship.

You have to be physically present in Canada, for 3 years out of immediately preceeding 4 years.

me and my wife got married almost ten + years ago. i am a u.s . citizen and my wife is from the phillipines. she is having a very hard time imigrating here becuase of the way she came in use a false name on her passport. she informed the us imigration about this. but shes has to keep on fighting shes trying to get asylum now. but are attorney said they will probley turn her down, then she goes before a imigration judge.if he said no, we can appeal once if the appeal fails, she has sixty days to leave the country.
if it cocmes to that can we both imigrate to canada i have nothing on me no criminal record.
