My sister is included in the additional information form, her name is there and it says that is my sister.
The problem is that I didn´t say that she was my sister in the family application form. I sent her picture date of birth and pretty much everything (actually is written behind the picture), I just left in blank the line where it says "relationship".
Do you think that I will have any problems?

Then you have no problem because she is no longer what CIC calls immediate family. Your a big boy so your wife and children if any are family.
You´re not to include sisters & their photo´s on your IMM 008
