I am in Miami, FL and want to apply for Canada
immigration under federal skilled category. Please
advise if it is possible to send police
certificate upon request and not with the original
application, for these countries - USA, INDIA,
AZERBAIJAN, UZBEKISTAN. Will my application be rejected if I do not send the police certificates with the original application?

Its better to submit PCC from India(apply at Indian consulate),Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan along with the application.And for PCC from US wait untill they ask.Your application will not be rejected,they´ll ask u to submit now them or later.
