| Subject: I need to fire a person on a work visa |

Our HR department screwed up hiring a foreign worker who doesn´t even speak english and his skills are not requeried in our organization.
I have to let him go, but at the same time I would like to see if there is anyway that he can change employers and remain in Canada.

The person needs to find another employer and change employers by filling out the form on the CIC web site. He must be approved to change employers first.
