I am highly frustrated, NO IA at Buffalo under SW , applied november 2005, still no news, what do i do ??

What is e-Cas saying? Let me guess.. "In Process"?
Processing times, according to CIC, are in Buffalo for SW at 19-39 months. I understand your frustration, but you are still well within range.
You can send an email to CIC with your file# in the subject or body of your email inquiring about your situation. You will likely receive a canned reply that´ll tell to be patient.

Most of stuffs there are in eigher holidy mood or busy with doing somethin more important, i think that is the reason for delay.

..then what´s the "mood" like in countries where it takes some 60 months to process a PR application?!?

I think you are still with in their range and you shouldn´t worry too much at this stage. I got my IA in September with a Sep 2005 AOR but I know manay others who filed around Nov-Dec and are still waiting.
did you send IELTS and all other required docs with your app?

Another thing, if the file is going to transfer to somewhere like LA (Hope it is not your case), it will take more time for you to get IA, My AOR is AUG, and IA is Sep. so, your IA will come soon.
