hi, I live in Canada now....need some instruction towards mailing passport.
here are the instruction.

If your address is in Canada, we encourage you to supply a return envelope for your passports
using Canada Post?s premium National Xpresspost service. Do not send us an Xpresspost
USA envelope. Taking advantage of our proximity to the Canadian border, we can make
arrangements to have your passports mailed from Canada using your return envelope.
? Purchase a 24 x 32 cm prepaid National Xpresspost envelope ( not Xpresspost
USA ) at any Canada Post retail outlet.

Complete the mailing label showing your full mailing address in the ?Deliver To?
field leaving the?Return Address? field blank. Make a note of the tracking number.
Your passports will usually be returned to you within 15 business days from the day we receive them. This does
not include any time it may take for the Post Office to deliver them.

Did anybody ever mail passport from Canada before?
I mean"nationa express" is for mailing inside Canada as far as I am concern.
Basically, I need put return envelope in it? is that what they wanna?
which means I could use"priorty class" to send to Buffalo, and they mail me back in Canaad post National Expresss??????

Send it Canada Post?s premium National Xpresspost service like it says DB!

It means that the buffalo consulate will take your passport and have the passport posted back to you from Canada.

so you mean Buffalo will take my passport by themselives to Canada and mail it inside Canada?
Do I just purchase envlope of Xpress or prepaid fare everything, the problem is since it´s national Xpress, how do I fill the "From"???? then how do Post Canada retail cacluate how much should they charge to me?
any feedback will be good.

Get a pre-paid CANADA POST envelop of proper size and send it with the documents. They only use Canada Post for passport mailings.
