Subject: should all the pages of Emp contract be notarized?

Hello everybody

I was just wondering if all the pages of the employment contract(in my case 10 pages)should be notarized or only the first page.

And then on one of my employment contract my name is differently spelled from what is on the passport,would it matter??

Any thing on this..greatly appreciated...thanks

Siva,

I am not sure about the name, but the notary public endorsed the back of both pages of my employment agreement/contract. Reference letters were not notarized at all.
