Greetings !!!
My wife as a Nurse is the principal applicant for our Federal Skilled Worker application. She is now planning to apply again for temporary work permit which for obvious reason to shorten the waiting time.Will our pending FSW application be cancelled onced the interim permit approved?

No once your wife finds employemt she will be given a graduated license and she has four times in one year to write the Federal Governm,ents full nursing exam.
This will show that your application is better and proof of funds will not be necessary because she will soon have a offer of full time employment.
