In the notice, there is one statement:
"You may be a named defendant in one of 149 proceedings which have been commenced on befalf of
individuals who come within the class definition.
"
I don´t understand why we may be the named defendant in one of the 149 proceedings? I think it should be plaintiff. is it a mistake?

do not be concerned unless you have received a letter regarding the settlement offer. Even then, if you have had your application approved the lawsuit does not affect you either.
