my spouce is a Canadian and us citizen. We got married in Sept in Canada and we filed the inland sponsorship in Canada. Can my spouce get me K3 visa in US since my spouce is also a US citizen.
If I get K3, how long will it be valid for in the US, do I have to apply for Green card and get Green card in US. I understand that I can travel freely in and out of us with K3 visa.
Can anyone advise me if I should get K3 visa while waiting for my sposership application concluded so that I can travel in both countries. My spouce works in both coutries gets paid from two employers , one in US and one in Canada and maintains residence in both countries.
please advise, I am confused.
