I am new. Could anyone help please?.Iapplied under SW from Bufflo.My AOR
june 2006. I have been staying in New York on student visa but Ihave to return to my country in April 2007. Will they transfer my file to Poland
if I return? I do not want them to transfer my case to Poland because the process there is longer.what should I do? Should I try to extend my
student visa or can I return to Poland?

I would say wait until March 2007, you might get your IA by that time. If no interview is required, provide your friend´s address in the USA and when medicals are requested to it in Poland or USA (if you can get back hear for a couple of days)
