Subject: PR Application for work permit holder |

Hi Everyone - New year wishes to you all. I stumbled upon this forum recently and it has been an invaluable treasure with useful insights and valuable advice. I would also like to thank Roy and his gang for being good samaritans and helping so many immigration aspirants like myself.
I am a foreign worker employed in Toronto since about a year (started working in Feb-06) under a work permit. I have also, in the meantime, enrolled in an MBA program in Toronto and am studying part-time under a study permit. My study permit is contingent on work-permit. Both the permits are due for renewal in Jan and I have submitted application for both. In addition, I have submitted my PR application in New Delhi (India, my country of last PR) office in April 2005 and have received a file number for the same. I am about to make a new PR application in Buffalo to take advantage of the faster processing time when compared to New Delhi office.
I have following questions and I would greatly appreciate if one of you can provide me with your valuable advice.
1. What do I have to submit in addition to my job offer letter (full-time, permanent job) to fast-track my application. I hear that arranged employment PR applications are processed on priority. I can´t apply for PNP as my employment is in Ontario and there is no PNP program for Ontario.
2. Will I lose the advantage of fast-track process if during the processing I quit my job and change to full-time studies or leave the country for another job?
Thanks much!
Best wishes,
Sangeetha
