Does anyone knows what documentation or prepration required before landing? Link also helpful. I received PPR July 2006 valid till May 2007. Applied in SW category.

I am canadian citizen, I have 2 daughetrs 6 and 9. I have been out of Canada for last four years. I never filled tax for year of 2003...2006.
Now my question is if I want to file tax for 3 years together... can I get my children benifits for last three years?
Where I can contact regarding this issue. Thanks
