Abishake

As long as the marriage is recognized in the country that you get married then CIC will recognize the marriage.

Your task is to prove the two of you are in a genuine relationship and it may sound easy but men can never write about the woman they love because it is very private in most cultures.

Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus....

If you find a particular singer, movie star attractive you can write for days about the type of relationship you would have but actually love the woman and guys clam up!

Today I lost an alternate dispute resolution.........
appeal hearing. The husband thought he proposed on her birthday when he proposed on his birthday. The husband could not remember when his girlfriend returned/entered Canada he said May when she actually returned in October.

She was asked questions and got every single question correct!

They submitted outside of Canada at the Buffalo RPC so they have a right of appeal.

The immigration CBSA officer believed it was a real marriage but had to refuse the ADR because his decision will be assessed by others that could affect his career with CBSA/CIC because the husband made glaring mistakes.

CBSA/CIC officers have to work with Hawkes who will say he/she is too soft and they have to be able to defend their decisions---------------------------
SO prove your relationship well and all will be fine.
