I landed as permanenet resident the 2 august 2002 in canada.
I left the 23 sep 2002 having my PR card.
I returned back the 16 th March 2003.
I left the 21 October 2004. Living in england untill now with my partner.
do i have the right to return back to settle in canada or i lost my status as PR?
I know that the law says i need to be 2 years in canada during 5 years. But its not really clear can you help me please.
Thank you so much.

(in reply to: Have i lost my PR status in canada?) what is not clear about the rule?
you need 730 days out of 1825. do the math. I am getting 645 - or there abouts.
you have until August 2007 to use it or lose it. You will need to be residing in Canada if you wish to sponsor your partner.

(in reply to: Have i lost my PR status in canada?) Income is not an issue requirement when sponsoring a partner or dependent child but residency is for PR´s.
