Under a work permit if I want to change employers, does the company number two who is willing to hire me go through the HRDC process?
Or can I just apply to change the conditions of my permit without an HRDC approval from the other company?...

you must go thru HRSDC
check your work permit, HRSDC confirmation is a close type of work permit.
Unless you are like us, post-graduated, which waive HRSDC, then we could switch employers.

I was wondering what would be the case in work permits issued with HRSDC waivers? For instance, the ones under software pilot program. My work permit is issued with HRSDC waiver. What does it take to change employer in this case?
