Subject: Two Names in Philippines
I have two names registered in NSO, Baptismal, Birth Certificate. When I entered in High School and Colleges I am using only one name till got a job and had an affidavit to get a passport worked abroad-dubai, that am using only one name. When I got married to a canadian immigrant last 21DEC06, church followed the two names. My problem is, do i need to change my passport into two names or leave it as it is that I am using my one name for my application to canada. Anyone could advice same case with me.

I am not an expert but I believe that your passport should always bear your legal name, which is the name in your birth certificate. My children and my wife all have their first name and their middle name(second name)on the passport and application form.
