Subject: hi Roy, your opinion counts here
  This is kind of technical question for the professionals on this forum?.

To make a long story short, I have an application for PR (Spousal inland) that was transferred to the local office to review relationship bona-fide as per FOSS notes;

I had a valid study permit when I applied for PR; I applied to renew my statues when my study permit was about to expire but missed up by applying for a visitor record instead of a study permit because there was 2 months left for my course to finish (CIC call centre agreed to that I can be in school on visitor record since less than six months of study is needed) so I thought I can attend school on the visitor record ?

However later I found out that I was given wrong information and I have violated the immigration act by not complying with the conditions on my visitor record;

It came to the attention of my immigration officer at the local office that I was attending school while not authorized so she wrote a letter to the school to stop my lessons; so I assume that she will transmit a report of non-compliance to the minister?.

http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/I-2.5/2...tml#rid-245832

She wrote to the school on 19th of December of 2006 so I think that would be the date she reported the violation if she did?

Now the question is

1-Is there a way to find out if she has already sent the report or not?
2-Would I be contacted regarding this matter and after how long?

I have an appointment with my spouse at the local office (Marriage interview to examine the relationship) on the 16th of this month and I think the officer will bring the subject and I want to aware of what can happen

Thank you very much

I do not think it would be proper for me to answer this here.

Try to contact someone another way.

Be honest at the interview and plead ignorance do not hide anything, the officers are human and accept errors.Remember the officer has the full authority to decide and if you can impress upon him your sincereity and honesty and accept your mistake and plead ignorance he can disregard this. Tell him : Why would anyone jeopardized his life knowingly ?
Also emphasize that you have been good otherwise throughout your stay. He will understand. BTW this is my opinion not legal advise.
