| Subject: how many months I have to wait |

If I arrive in Canada as a toursit and I go in emmigration centre what treatment as a emmigrant we will have. We (me and my husband) have no money with us but we have already received tourist visa. Could someone help me, where we are going to sleep since we do not have money what is going to be wih us.

unfortunately, you will be told to return to your home country and you should apply as skilled workers from there.
the only time you can turn a visitor visa into a permanent visa is if you have reason to claim refuge status.

I have from policy the letter that me and my husband were attacked 2 times. My husband wrote an article about some true facts about an political party which was not in their favour so that´s why we do not feel safe to continue life here. We receive every time different phone calls telling us that very soon we are going to be killed.
Could pls someone help us.

I thought if one spouse was Canadian, you could also turn a visitor visa into a permanent one?

No, we do not have Canadian passport but we both have received tourist visa. That´s why I asked if someone can help me to know where I must go after I land at Airport.
