Hi,
I am preparing for my Canadian PR application (skilled labor, applying from the US) and I wanted to know if I can send notarized copies of my mark sheets instead of sealed transcripts(notarized in the US).
I have inquired at my university and they send out transcripts only if I can show that another university has requested them (I need to submit the request letter along with the application for the transcripts).
Any suggestions as to getting around this problem?

I think you should tell them that you need it for immigration and show them the copy of the requirements for transcrips as a proof.

Hi,
I had submitted my application with notarized copies of my mark-sheets/degree certificate, without getting any transcripts, though it was around 2 years back. And I got my PR approx in 18 months.
