Hi Roy - thanks for responding. What can I tell you? I did learn that in another 14 months this charge will be expunged from his record, but I don´t know that I can afford to wait that long to file my PR ap. Anything I can tell you I will - just let me know what you need to know. Thanks.

(in reply to: Roy-what would you like to know re: inadmiss depen) To equate the conviction to Canadian Law any person would have to know the exact section of the state or federal law your son violated. He may not be inadmissable see the sections of IRPA Division 4 find them here http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/I-2.5/index.html
I do not think this is the correct place to show that information though.
