Subject: a happy beginning
I had a lovely experience this afternoon. I had coffee with one of our successful PR recipients that I had the pleasure to meet on this forum. he landed in Canada on Thursday.

I am hoping he will share his experience in the next while so you can all hear first hand how the entire ordeal worked itself out. From what he says...he is sure he has made the right choice.

The point of my posting is to say that Canada is very lucky to be recieving the calibre of applicant that I met today. This forum is helping you (and me) to keep the faith and get through the long and winding process that never seems to end. As a Canadian, thank you to our administrator for facilitating this website and thank you to all who believe that there is hope and a future in Canada.

I know I rub some of you the wrong way with my postings sometimes but the bottom line is that I love the country I live in. I want it to be strong and safe not only for me, but for the future - even if that annoys you! You are part of Canada´s future and I am hopeful that all our dreams will become realities.

One day we may all meet in Canada and tell our children that we were freinds online sharing same problems, same pains, same delay despite that and despite being from diffrent countries, we loved each other and helped eachother as much as we can. NOw it is your turn, our children to be friends face to face and what we did hand in hand not online.

Best of luck all friends, brothers, sisters

Thank you Sharon for your nice words.
I highly appreciate your feeling towards the new Canadians.
You have the right to be proud of being a Canadian; on the other side, we are too proud for our attempt to be a part of this great nation not by birth, but by our full wish.

Really nice that someone actually cares about new immigrants. How often does this happen.
Good work Sharon,
Sam
