Hello everyone, i received my CAIP notes today, but it shows following that i could not understand, please help if you can. thank you very much.

CASE VALIDITY DATES

FAMILY MEMBERS DOB CSQ/CAQ PPT SEC DEC VISA
John Smith 01-07-1976 17-03-2007

I had my medical done in March, 2006 and still waiting for PPR, the CIC
told me that "they are require backgroud information from other goverment officer."
Question:
1. what does the "CASE VALIDITY DATES" mean?
2. Why they put a date "17-03-2007" under VISA?

. Language Credentials:

My question is that...
What kind of Employment references should I submit..?
Any sample or format...may I have.
Pls advise. I would be so grateful for that.
