| Subject: what if i send the wrong payment to CPC M plz HELP |

I send all my documents to CPC M on 10th jan 2007 but by mistake i sent the wrong payment reciept with my APPLICATION(sponsorship for spouse outside Canada)
Since its been just a week so i havent heard back from CPC M (NO AOR YET).and i dont have a client iD issued by CPC M.....
But i was issued a client ID when i visited Canada as a visitor year back Do u guys think its a good idea to put that ID(visitor ID) on the RIGHT payemnt recipt and send it to CPC M along with my DOB and my name they would be able to get it .
I also called the call center they told me no matter what once u have a clint ID it remains the same for the rest of ur life ANY ideas?
one more thing do u guys know if CPC M can call the sponsor or the principal applicant if needed or they only do correspondance through MAIL
any advice is Appreciated

If you go into on line e-cas you will see that the receipt number is also a way to access your file.
Wrong payment receipt means???????????????
Did you send the wrong amount or did you send your copy and kept CIC copy of the payment receipt. I sure hope you did not send the first thing they send you when you pay on line because it states clearly this is not a receipt.
If you owe them money they will contact you quickly. If they owe you money don´t hold your breath.
If you are being sponsored there are basically two applications in this case. First the sponsor is assessed and yes they will contact that person to inform them they are approved or refused. Then they will start working on your application and contact you to inform you if your approved or refused.
If you want anyone else to have access you the applicant has to sign a IMM 5476 or a IMM 5475 form.

ok this is what happened i had two sponsorship kits just incase if i make amistake on one i can fill the otherone .Each kit has ONE IMM 5401 (the fee forms).
After filling all forms and everything i went to the bank to pay the fee thats where i made a big mistake i paid the fee they gave me 2 copies and kept one for themselve.it had a stamp from the bank and a unique bar code ex (B12345)
now i was supposed to send this copy 2 (B12345)to CPC M but i made a blunder and sent a different copy2 with a different bar code ex(B0000)TO CPC M
NOw the question is when they will check to see if i made a payment with bar code(B0000)it will show NO ofcourse so will they contact me BY PHONE or all they will wait 45 days before notifying me or returning my documents .
IN SHORT i didnt made the payment atleast thats how they(CPC M) would look at it so will they contact on my phone or just by mail and in how many days plz help ROY thanks once gaain

Well check the mail soon not today with the freezing rain we are having but expect a letter soon it has happened to others.
