Hello,

I plan to get married with a girl from India. Does anyone know if i can apply for her Visa from India itself after marriage and having all proofs/papers?

Yes thats one way of doing it ...still i would suggest you to consult some one and check if you can take her on the visit and apply being in canada itself.
