I need submit my application for permanent residence. I will submit it to Buffalo.
I already live in Canada, while my family is not yet with me.
I know that I don´t need to have fingerprint in this moment, but I am wondering about the police certificate for my wife.
She took the police certificate five months ago and there is possibility that they don´t accept it. Six months will be for a 16 days.
If somebody has experience with this matter, I would very appreciate any advice.

I´d say it´s your choice. You can submit a new clearance and be done with it, or submit what you have and wait to see whether they will ask for new results. However, waiting for them to ask for new results could delay finalizing your application while they get around to asking for new results, and you get them done and submitted, and they put them together with your application, etc.
