no, e-client is available only from cic web site (PERIOD).
It is official web site from Canadian authorities, unlike this one here. THis web site is Canadian Immigration FOrum or discussion - whatever you want to call it and it has a great purpose but it is not official.
This web site is run by us, you and me and people like us.

plz told me....... rasolzadeh law suit wht is this? i can not understand this and it will effect on mine file or not?
i applied 5th sep 2001 from islamabad
on 7th JUne 2004 they send me a letter urs selection interview will be called and u will be informed abt date and time of ur interview ......i m waiting mine interview call till..... if this new law effect on me then when i will be able to get final decision how much exact time . i am worried plz carify me .
