Hello,
My friend currently has an application pending for Immigration to Canada.
He is approaching the final stages of the process and has been asked to update all of the information he initially submitted.
In August 2005 he recieved a police caution for punching someone (in self defence) outside his home in Brighton.
The updated police check will show this caution. He has NO conviction.
He has never had anything else on his record.
Will this prevent his application being accepted?
Thanks

(in reply to: Police caution UK) It´s obvious from your reply that you´re either under 13 years of age or borderline retarded.
I would like to hear the views of any non-retards out there.
Thanks
