| Subject: Applying for immigration within Canada |

I´ve been working in Canada for nearly a year now under a work permit which should be renewed for another two years. Where should I submit my application for immigration under skilled worker category - Buffalo or home country? Buffalo I believe is faster, but may not get a visa to the US if call for interview comes.

If you are Arabic, or Muslim it will take more time even
if you apply to Buffalo.
if you want to apply to Buffalo, you have to be sure that your work permit will be vaild until your file will finished because Buffalo just serve the people how live in USA and Canada only.
