| Subject: How should i pay my processing fees ? |

Guys!!
New to this forum and this world of canadian immigration. Just going to send the application. I am currently resident of Kuwait so my case will go to Canada immigration UK office... I am just wondering what should i do for payment thing ? On their web site they mention this :

Uncertified Personal Cheques
Company Cheques
Sterling drafts drawn on foreign banks
Canadian Postal Orders
Euro-Cheques
Credit or Debit Cards
Canadian dollar drafts drawn on banks outside of Canada
Currency other than Canadian Dollars or Sterling

Now question is that major banks here in Kuwait are local banks ( not international banks ). Should i ask my local bank to prepare bank draft in candian dollars and send it along with my application form ? but then what it means "Canadian dollar drafts drawn on banks outside of Canada"... please guide me !!!
