hey guys when i entered the u.s. using my cousin idenity, now i have a high school dipolma with his name, and im currently living in canada as a citizen under my bio name, both of our last names are the same, i need to get my diploma evaluated by university of toronto, now how can i do this with my first name not matching?

You can´t!
..But congrats, you made your cousin a Highschool grad! :)
Seriously now, this is the BIG disadvantage of using fake indentities. Whatever you accomplish in another individual´s name, is valid for that person (if a real one), but not for you.

you´ve wasted a lot of years identifying yourself as another person. that is your choice so better change what´s been done wrong. you entered in a situation that only YOU can solve. goodluck.
