  Hi ,
I have applied for permanent immigration to canada from india and as the processing time is toooooooooooo HIGH with CIC. I want to pursue Bahelor´s in civil engg in canada.
What is the procedure?
How to get scholarship?
Can i take my family along with me?
what will happen to the immigration case i filed if i apply for student visa?
costing involved?

Probably not the best place to post the kind of question. Anyway, I think student visa are issued to people with intention to return after completion of their education. Since you´ve already shown your interest in staying in Canada, it is likely that they will not issue you a student visa.

For Bachelor´s degree, it is rare that you´ll get scholarship to cover all your expenses.
