Dear Sahron
i m much disturbed abt rasolzadegeh law suit ? whtis this? 2ndly i applied sep 2001 from islamabad so it will effect mine file or not/i have already received a letter from cic "they will call mine interview i received this letter on 7th june 2004. i am waiting mine interview call if this new law effect on mine file then how long i will be wait for it........?

we are all trying to figure out the details of the lawsuit. some aspect of it are not totally clear. If you have been called for an interview it would suggest that some sort of a preliminary decision has been made. I think you should anticipate the same wait as you thought prior to this lawsuit announcement. Those dates are given as the last possible date for a file to be completes - all over the world, every embassy, every situation. I would not become too distressed.
