Art,

Congratulations for getting another step closer to your PR!

Some of the information on Schedule 1 may have changed in the 5 years since you filed your application in 2002. CIC looks for an updated Schedule 1 form to confirm/update the information on that form.

Kindly provide whatever they ask for, without assuming that there is a problem.

Hi, I applied for Immigrations on May,2005. Now I got a paper where they request to update my info. First it said Don´t sent the paper/documents which are already sent. Then..they mentioned you have to submit these forms ( Pricipal application form and background info. for family members)..I think this is really confusing. I already submitted a realtionship proof( Affidavite from my wife´s aunt) along with my application and now they are telling *No affidavite* would be granted as a realtionship proof...very funny..when my wife´s aunt got PR/citizenship and she did mention her father name. Cic could easily get that information and compare with my mother-in-law´s birth certificate...Isn´t it? If not I say,Canada is not very good at IT. I live in Finland and it´s really easy here to get anykind of info promptly. Well, I will send the papers very soon.
