could anyone please tell me if the landing fee is different from permanent residence fee?

Landing fee is I guess 450 CAD which is different from what you paid at the time of application.

There is no fee to "land". You pay:
- processing fee
- right of permanent residence fee

It used to be called ROLF Right of Landing Fee but now it is called RPRF Right of Permanet Residency Fee just more politically correct. Happy Holiday
