| Subject: Tax problem |

I´m canadian Permanent Resident living in toronto. I´ve got divorce two years back from now. When I filled my tax for last year, my tax return depossited in my husband account although I didn´t file the tax jointly. I contact tax department, I was told they has nothing to do with that, if my x-husband doesn´t want to pay back i need to file suit against him. As I filled tax my self and money goes in some one else account is it my responsiblity to get back or Tax dept´s?
I would grealy appricaite if some one guide me what steps should i have to take.

also depends on the amount of money, CRA has no interesting to chase granny doesn´t pay rental income tax.
CRA could do nothing.. seriously..you have to figure it out..
