Dear Sir,
I am planning to apply for the skilled workers immigration application as soon as possible. But I have only one question bothering me too much because i don?t want to waste my money or my time.
I am working as a system administrator also i am certified from Microsoft but my study filed was in criminal law but i hadn?t worked as a lawyer even for one day.
The question is : will they count on my work experince in computer field or the work exerince should be only on the studying filed ??
Any advice would be useful.
Hazem

(in reply to: To Mr . Miller) The work experience that counts is the work experience you HAVE. If you worked as a sys admin, then that´s what counts.
The criminal law part counts under education, not under work experience. Don´t mix the two.

(in reply to: To Mr . Miller) Your experience need not be in the same field as education. It has to fall into proper NOC code. Your education is assessed separately.
