A PR friend of mine wants to sponsor his brother who is an adult. We kinda know we can´t, but still throwing this question out in case someone knows a way or any special conditions under which we can do it.

Depending on the brothers work experience/education try to get him a WP and then a PNP certificate after he arrives.

One cannot sponsor a brother.
Skilled worker (federal, provincial, Quebec) is available if the brother qualiies.
H&C can be used, but very difficult to get approved
