previously you had stated that my turn would come around late 2006 or early 2007 but still their is no reply from the chc. I recieved my file no. in oct 2002, with all docs submitted.

Remember, most answers that pertain to processing times of immigrant applications are estimations only, as there is no such thing as the "sure thing"!
Whatever other people say, it takes twice as long, and it cost three times more than initially planned.
