| Subject: Need some advise about arranged employment |

Hi,
My problem that my IELTS scores are band 6 so I will get 8 out of 16 in language. I attempted IELTS one year ago when I was applying for immigration as my previous applications were rejected because I did not provided the language scores so I attempted it in hurry. Here is my break up of the points
Language 8
Education 20
Experience 21
Age 10
Total 59. so one way is that I improve IELTS scores which I will as I have 2 years for my application process. Another way is that I find a recruiter in Canada who offers me a genuine job offer. That will not only give me 10 points but also expedite my application process.
I will really appreciate any body can provide me some advise in this regard. Also please do tell me what is PNP or provisional nominee process (I think) and how can I quality for this as this will also expedite my application process. I also heard that IT professionals do not need job verification from the immigration departments so if a recruiter is willing to give me job then a work permit can be issued.
Please do let me know what options are open to me.

IELTS are scored on an individual basis and not an overall score.
