Subject: Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
  This is a beautiful place but if you are a Nurse DO NOT accept any employment offer from the Cape Breton District Health Authority. 30 people have been recruited as Nurses from OUTSIDE Cape Breton in the last two years. 30 have left, I know; my wife was the last of the thirty; the management of the CBDHA are -shall we say - "unenlightened."
