m planing to aply for my iimmigration. Can i send English test result and other suporting dos after sending my application. or it it advisable to send all of them together?

Yes, you can send IELTS later.
Send all documents together with application? Depends.. Every time CIC needs documents from you they will send a letter, give you about some time to reply, which can cost you some time. If time is not relevant to you, then send the remainder of the documents when they are being requested.
Best time to send documents that were not initially sent with the application is anywhere between AOR and IA (Acknowledgement Of Receipt of your aplication by CIC, and Initial Assessment of your application)

You can send the IELTS letter. However do not forget to include proof of english language proficiency i.e., written proof as they may return the application.
