Subject: Unwed Mothers China |
Is this baby cute? Should a mother be forced to take her child back to China when he/she will never be allowed to attend school?

(in reply to: Unwed Mothers China) all new PRs should at least read Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, just to find out how lucky we are to live in Canada, which gives people basic human rights...
according to charter of rights, people live in Canada have those rights, if I came back to China, might be taken away too.
mobility rights: (section 6): the right to enter and leave Canada, and to move to and take up residence in any province, or to reside outside Canada.
Section 12: Right not to be subject to cruel and unusual punishment.
Section 7: right to life, liberty, and security of the person.

(in reply to: Unwed Mothers China) As well departure bay all CIC and CBSA officers should read section 3 subsection 3 of IRPA where it says the act is to be complied and constured in a manner that ensures all decisions taken comply with all international agreements that Canada is a signatory to such as the UN convention on the rights of the child.
