Hi all,
I applied for Canadian immigration at CHC New Delhi and got AOR in the month of Jan 2004. My current passport which was issued at Bangalore will get expired in another 6 months time and I am currently working in united kingdom and planning apply for new passport here in UK. Please advise whether it make my case more complicated or it is better get the new passport from original issuing authorities

Channi,
Renew your passport in the UK through your Consulate. That´s what they are there for.
There will be no complications at all.

Hi,
I think you will need to inform CIC about the new passport number, because they need to issue visa on the new number. I think you should write a letter to them, informing them about the change in passport number
