Subject: skilled worker sponsership question
i have submitted my application under skilled worker class.
Since my case is so solid (which i belive) therefore lets suppose that they will give me interview waiver.

I live in new york and applied at buffalo, now lets say i go back to my country pakistan before they get to start assessing my case. So the time comes and they start to assess my case and decide that i don´t need an interview. Now i assume they will send me the medical forms (so i can a medical exam) to my address in new york (since i didn´t told them that i have moved to pakistan). my brother who live in newyork will mail me those forms in pakistan. Now below are my questions:
1. can i take the medical exam in pakistan through one of the doctors picked by canadian consulate.
2. if i inform them at that point that i have moved to pakistan, will every thing go smoothly and i will get me visa mailed to me in pakistan (without actually transferring my file to canadian consulate in pakistan).
Please advice if the above mentioned plan will work or what will be a better option keeping in mind that i am highly confident that they will not requrie an interview.

Hi Ahmed,
It not look as a good plan. You should inform Canadian consulate about all address and employment changes. Most likely they will reqwest such documents as proof of current employment and proof of your legal US status.
There is up to you to transfer the case to your home country or not, you can continue your case processing in Buffalo being in Pakistan officially.

Best regards.
