Subject: Experts please help- Applied as SW in 2001
  Hello

I am in the US on H1 and had applied as a SW in 2001. My application is complete and everything is good. Cleared our interview in January 2005 with 84 points. After that medicals done. My husband has been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney disease. Since then we have gotten 3-4 letters from Ottawa to get a prognosis from the Nephro about my husband´s condition. The nephro we are seeing is a totally top notch, very expert in her field.

She has replied several times as to my husband is young and not in a bad condition. lately they asked her if my husband would need a transplant or Dialysis in the next 5-10 yrs. To which she responded that he would not need the above as he is maintaining his health with diet and medicines, which are not many.

This last letter was faxed on jan 11th 07 to Ottawa. We are eagerly waiting for their positive reply. We want to settle down in Vancouver as soon as we get the positive reply.

Some days I have intuitions that we will get it, run to the mail box every day, check e-cas. A few days I am shattered when my mind or heart tells me that we won´t get it.

It is very stressful living each day, I hope we hear from them soon and it is in positive. Please let me know from your experience, will we get it or not?

Please guide what are our chances.

Thanks
Devaa
