hello!any suggestion pls.........i´ve application as PR from Philippines since 2003,last november c.embassy from manila sent a letter to upgrade my paper and submit within 45 days,since i´m already here in canada as caregiver for about 5 months,i didn´t completed all the papers needed like an essay or language profeciency test,but all other papers were submitted on date required, so,what i´m going to do now?
