Subject: People working illegaly in Canada
Does anyone know where I should give the information about people who are working in Canada illegally? Someone I know is going to visit Canada and try to work illegally. I would like to inform CIC about him. Thank you.

Flower always remember what goes around comes around.

The next time you violate anything someone could report you!

What if you do not violate any laws and your pulled into some Police station for hours and accussed of severe wrong doing when you did nothing????

CBSA rarely does anything regarding individuals working without authorization or for those that work for the wrong employer because as soon as they write the (report-allegation) the person makes a refugee claim and then obtains a work permit due to their refugee claim.

Doctor Reitz at the University of Toronto states that their are 40,000 undocumented contruction workers in Canada. Former Minister of Immigration in the Globe & Mail November 11 2005 stated there were 200,000 undocumented workers in Canada while others claim the amount of undocumented workers at 600,000!

You got alot of letters to write. Enjoy!!!

Totally agree with Roy,

What goes around comes around and whatever we are doing in our good or bad our destiny is making us do that. Some body wants to work and earn money atleast not do the killing or something. He may be wants to work to support the family / only god know how much finanical help that person must be requiring for whatever reason. So don´t do that.

I disagree,
breaking the law is breaking the law no matter which kind of rose coloured glasses you wear, the guy selling dope down at the mall, the girl shoplifting from MA and PAS store, the idiot speeding along the highway and yes the person hiring someone who has no right to work in this country.
And as for ´ What comes around goes around´ that is, if you don´t mind me saying so, one big easy way to say ´ If i don´t see it and it dose´nt effect me i´ll just ignore it.´
I rest my case!

I will not say the one or the other is right, but people who don´t see that it takes two for this phenomenon to happen are either stupid, blind, or both. It is always a matter of "supply and demand". As long as someone looks for an illegal worker, you will see illegal workers come in. It takes a legal to get an illegal. Statistically speaking, illegals exist and will always do, as long as favorable conditions are there. There will always be someone to complain, someone to help, someone who will get caught, someone who will be punished, someone who will evade punishment, someone who is right in reporting an illegal alien, someone who is "righter" not doing it.. Blah, blah..

If smart people exist, they will try not to see just the effect, but fix the cause at its roots. Fighting in a forum over who is right or wrong is not a smart thing to do. Does it influence the world you live in? Does it stop illegal aliens? Does it put food on your plate? Nope..

if he doesn´t involve you in this situation, then don´t. it´s not right indeed, but this is his decision to do right or wrong. he may be having some reason why he would take this risk. you don´t know that he might have his family chased by debt collectors or extremely need money for helping his parents...

Flower and Jamie are full of s..t. You can not compare an assasin or a thief with somebody who wants to earn a living decently. Jamie if you are a square minded person who really believes in not breaking the law at all, that is very respectable but there are circumstances that obligate poeple to do certain things and believe me that many immigrants would not like to live their home countries if it was not for the lack of jobs.
Flower:: why do not you scratch your a.. instead of bothering spending bad energy doing that kind of s..t???
