Subject: change of address

I have given interview at NYC Consulate after I applied under skilled worker program.
Medical form received and sent out already. waiting for my fingerprint result.
At this point, if I move overseas, do I need to inform CIC if I plan to receive correspondence in my USA address (where someone will be able to forward them to the consulate or me)?
How do you notify CIC about address change anyway?

Please help.
