| Subject: I think my representative is starting to harass me |

Hi
I think my representative is starting to harass me. Today for the first time he sent an email stating some facts that are not true, something like he quoted me Cad $2000 only for me, and that we later on added my husband and now my new born son.
whereas my husband was a secondary applicatant in the original application itself. Also he has done nothing to include my son. I did and mailed the paperwork all by myself.
I think he is starting to imply that he needs more money. I have paid him $1500 in 2002, only 500 is left which I told him will pay after I get the PP request.
We are at the last stage awaiting for their final reply - yes or no, as my husband has Chronic Kidney disease.
My correspondance address is my address, he has just requested Caips on my behalf yesterday.
Also only my son´s ROLF needs to be paid if we get the visa.
What should I do? I do not like to be in such bad situations. Please advise.

Deeva,
If you have a contract, then pay only what was agreed upon. You are not liable for any subsequent changes/charges that were NOT documented within the original contract, or an amended version of the same signed by you and your representative.
You are this representative´s "employer", so if (s)he doesn´t do what (s)he is supposed to do, and only "milks" you for more money.. then you HAVE the power to fire this representative. You can make and break as you wish. Remember that!
Without consulting with your representative (of course not!), and without making any threats, you can let CIC know that you do not wish to use this representative any more. Any future communication will be handled by you alone, or by another representative designated by you. From that point on, your representative has no more influence in your case. You should do this ASAP. Roy may help you with describing what exactly needs to be done in order to accomplish the above.
If the representative was NOT listed on any forms you have submitted to CIC as your representative, then you don´t need to submit anything to CIC, just tell this representative to go find himself another stupid.
